For years, I was the "good girl" achiever on the outside, while wrestling with anxiety and disconnection on the inside. My own journey of learning to speak up, set boundaries, and embrace my real self is what fuels my passion today.

That personal experience led me to over a decade of work as a licensed psychotherapist, diving deep into trauma-informed practices, inner child work, attachment theory, and nervous system healing. I've supported hundreds of women through profound transformation.

  • No. The SAFE Approach is a coaching and educational program designed for personal growth and skill-building. While I am a licensed psychotherapist and this program is therapist-informed, enrolling does not create a therapist-client relationship. It is not intended as a replacement for therapy.

  • The course is delivered through the online course delivery platform Kajabi. Video lessons are taught by me, plus a beautiful, detailed downloadable digital workbook with exercises and reflection prompts.

  • That's completely up to you! Since it's self-paced, you can take as little or as much time as you need with each module. You could watch all the videos in a weekend or over the course of 3 months - it’s up to you. You have lifetime access, so go at the pace that feels good to you.

  • It means that once you enroll, the course materials (videos, workbook, any updates) are yours to access indefinitely. You can revisit modules whenever you need a refresher or continued support on your journey, for as long as the program exists.
