The Healing Practice

A Gentle First Step in Your Childhood Trauma Recovery

Are old patterns keeping you from the connected relationships you deserve?

It’s an exhausting cycle, isn’t it?

You often feel overwhelmed, even anxious or depressed, and deep down, you're just so over feeling stuck, lonely, and critical inside.

When a partner or friend asks what you need, your mind goes blank, and you're not even sure what your own needs are, let alone how to communicate them.

You suspect the problem might be with you, not them, and it seems like most or even all your relationships leave you drained.

You're starting to wonder if those difficult experiences from childhood—the critical words, the withheld affection, the constant feeling of walking on eggshells around caregivers—are still impacting you now.

You're curious if what you went through was trauma, and how it's showing up in your adult connections.

You deserve to understand why you feel this way and to finally build the deeply connected relationships you crave.

Understand Your Trauma

In Module 1, you'll gain insights into various types of trauma, their long-term effects, and how they manifest in your daily life. You'll begin to understand how relational trauma from your childhood is playing out in your adult relationships.

Connect with Your Body & Needs

Modules 2 and 3 guide you to discover the powerful connection between your mind and body , learn basic somatic techniques to release stored trauma , and get curious about your unmet needs, developing initial strategies to address them. This is where you'll begin to identify the sensations in your body that signal you need to tend to your nervous system.

Build Your Foundational Practice

Modules 4 through 7 help you foster self-compassion, explore healing in relationships, and design a daily practice that incorporates mindfulness and self-care. You'll learn introductory techniques to calm your nervous system.

The Healing Practice is a self-paced course designed to help you gently explore your experiences and begin to heal.

It includes a 52-page digital workbook full of reflective prompts to deepen your self-reflection and apply the teachings to your own life through a concrete daily practice.
