  • We all have desires, but sometimes past experiences make it difficult to connect with them. Explore exercises to reconnect with what you truly want in life and set goals that align with your values.How to prioritize your needs

  • Your inner child is active within you no matter how old you get. In this module, you will reconnect with your inner child and begin to understand who she is, how she feels & what she needs.

  • That nagging voice in your head telling you you're not good enough? It's your inner critic. Learn to identify it, understand its purpose, and develop strategies to keep it from holding you back.

  • We all have hidden aspects of ourselves that are keeping us stuck & unfulfilled called our shadow parts. This module explores the concept of the shadow and its connection to past experiences, helping you integrate it for a more whole and authentic you.

  • Life can be stressful, and anxiety leaves us feeling on edge. This module guides you through evidence-based somatic practices to calm your nervous system and internalize a toolbox to keep you more in control.

  • Healthy boundaries are essential for well-being. This module helps you identify unhealthy boundary patterns and develop skills to communicate your needs clearly and confidently, fostering healthier relationships.

  • Hard conversations do not have to be something that makes you want to run away & hide! This module teaches an easy-to-follow strategy on how to initiate connected, hard conversations that strengthen your relationships.

  • This module explores ways to identify & work through historic challenging relational patterns in order and cultivate deeper connections with clear communication and vulnerability.

  • This module explores the ways in which your own vulnerability is your superpower. Vulnerability is the key to everything - let’s learn how to lean in & use its magic!

  • We all have flaws, and that's okay! This module challenges the pressure for perfection and challenges you to get comfortable in embracing your perfectly imperfect self.

  • Confidence is a journey, not a destination. This is the time to celebrate your growth, embrace your grounded, deepened self-trust, & sit comfortably in a more calm, regulated nervous system. In this module you will solidify your intentional action plan that serve as your guide towards emobdying personal and relational dreams & goals.

  • It is highly recommended but not required to attend every live call! I know you are a busy gal! Every call will be recorded live & you will be given lifetime access to the recordings!

  • You will join Megan's private Circle community space dedicated just for you & your Evolve cohort! Inside this space, you will engage in daily check-ins, find your course material, connect with other members & receive support from Megan in-between group calls!

Hi, I’m Megan!

I am a therapist & mentor with “compassionate big sister” energy who specializes in helping women say good-bye to people-pleasing, build connected boundaries, say hard things, calm their bodies & build warm, cozy relationships. I’m here to help you rewrite your story: from stressed & disconnected, to thriving & truly fulfilled.

For the past 10+ years, I’ve trained & worked as a depth-oriented psychotherapist, supporting 100+ clients to experience profound self-growth and transformation through the use of parts-work (IFS), trauma-informed healing practices, somatics/movement & inner child healing.

I’ve walked through the same step-by-step method I share in this program, and it is this exact method that has led me to the most confident, free & self-assured place I have ever been. I am beyond thrilled to serve you as a guide & mentor helping you to experience the same!
